As the weather is getting warmer, let us show you some of our favorite smoothie creations.

Let the warm breeze of the tropics in with this Island Vibes Smoothie. This simple blended creation starts with a base of frozen fruits (banana, mango, pineapple), is protein boosted with chia seeds and protein powder and then pulled together with creamy coconut milk and shredded coconut.

We used vegan protein powder to keep the whole smoothie vegan, but you can use any of your favorite protein powders. It’s the perfect delivery system ensuring that you get a delicious breakfast and a balanced ratio of proteins, carbs, and healthy fats. 

And the beauty; no cooking, no extended clean up and you have a meal to go in a matter of seconds! So, the next time you are short on time, grab your blender and start mixing any creative combination that you can dream of. The possibilities are endless.

  • 1 c frozen banana
  • 1 ½ c coconut milk unsweetened & refrigerated
  • 1 c frozen mango
  • 1 c frozen pineapple
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds


  • Add all the ingredients to a blender or Vita Mix and blend until smooth.
